How will website design change over the next ten years?

I'm interested in finding out what people think will be the next big developments in website design over the next five to ten years.

Clearly websites are going to have to stand out from the crowd, but what will keep people there once they visit them? What new features do you predict we will see? Or, will Podcasts and Video replace the traditional website?
